Welcome to the Deep Creek Civic Association
The Deep Creek Civic Association (DCCA) is a nonprofit, volunteer-led organization serving the Deep Creek community since 1985. We bring residents together through social events, educational programs, community activities, and opportunities to connect with neighbors.
Throughout the year, DCCA hosts a variety of events, including Happy Hours, Trunk or Treat, holiday gatherings, Garden Club activities, workshops, and other community programs. We also publish the Deep Creek News, our bimonthly newsletter featuring local information, upcoming events, and community updates.

DCCA vs. the Property Owners’ Associations
DCCA is separate from the Section 20 and Section 23 Property Owners’ Associations (POAs). While DCCA focuses on community activities, programs, and member engagement, the POAs handle matters related to property ownership, including deed restrictions, common areas, and annual assessments.
Properties north of Sandhill Boulevard are generally within Section 20, while properties south of Sandhill Boulevard are within Section 23.
