Welcome to the Deep Creek Civic Association

Welcome to the Deep Creek Civic Association (“DCCA”) website – your source for all things fun in Deep Creek!  We are a non-profit organization founded in 1985 and managed by volunteer residents. We arrange a variety of events each year to give our members opportunities to get to know their neighbors while relaxing and having fun.
Please don’t confuse us with the Property Owners’ Associations (“POA”) for the two Sections of Deep Creek! We are the group that plans social and civic activities to enhance your lives in Deep Creek — the social stuff! (See below for more information about the POAs.)
DCCA plans a number of fun events throughout the year and we also publish a bimonthly newsletter to keep our residents informed of the local happenings in our Deep Creek community. We host family-oriented events like the annual Halloween Trunk or Treat for the kids, twice monthly Happy Hours and the annual Christmas party for the adults – among the many events. We also have a very active Garden Club for those that want to enhance their gardening skills in a tropical climate like ours. It’s a great way to get to know many of your neighbors! As a non-profit, we maintain a very low annual fee to participate in DCCA events and receive our bi-monthly newsletter. If you’re ready to join, please see the link under the main menu for the membership application!
Please use the convenient links on the right side of our website to learn more about us. These convenient links provide you with information about your community and DCCA, its operations and events. DCCA and all of its volunteers are interested in the betterment of the Deep Creek community. If you are interested in getting involved as a volunteer, please reach out to memberdata@deepcreekcivic.org. We welcome your participation!
For your information, the Section 23 and Section 20 POAs are responsible for activities that involve property ownership in Deep Creek, including enforcing deed restrictions, maintaining the common areas of our community and collecting annual assessments to carry out their responsibilities. (The county designates properties north of Sandhill Blvd as Section 20 and those south of Sandhill Blvd as Section 23.) For more information regarding the POAs please visit Section 23 at www.deepcreek23.com or Section 20 at https://www.deepcreekfl.com/
Thank you for visiting our website and becoming acquainted with the Deep Creek Civic Association! We are confident that if you join you will find a great group of neighbors who want to become friends and great neighbors!
